1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, joining or participating in the SAEMMUL Affiliate Program ("Program"), the Affiliate agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the Program is subject to approval by 27 ECART TRADING SDN. BHD. ("Company" or "SAEMMUL").

The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or terminate an Affiliate account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

2.1. SAEMMUL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, revise, update, replace or discontinue any part of the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to:

  • Commission rates and structures

  • Eligible products and services

  • Commission calculation methods

  • Minimum payout requirements

  • Payment schedules and methods

  • Affiliate eligibility and participation requirements

  • Promotional rules and restrictions

  • Any other Program policies or benefits

2.2. Such changes may be implemented at any time without prior individual notification to Affiliates, except where notification is required by applicable law.

2.3. Updated terms will become effective upon publication on the Company's designated website or Affiliate Portal, or on a later date specified by the Company.

2.4. Continued participation after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2.5. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, changes to commission rates will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively reduce commissions already earned under the applicable terms, except for valid adjustments arising from refunds, cancellations, fraud or erroneous transactions.

3. Affiliate Registration and Approval

3.1. All Affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by SAEMMUL.

3.2. Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date registration, contact and payment information.

3.3. SAEMMUL may reject an application or suspend an account if the information provided is false, incomplete, misleading or otherwise breaches Program requirements.

3.4. Affiliate accounts and promotional privileges may not be transferred to another person without the Company's written approval.

4. Affiliate Commissions

4.1. Affiliates may earn commissions from eligible, successfully completed sales attributed to their unique Affiliate Link or approved Referral Code.

4.2. Commission rates are determined by SAEMMUL and may vary depending on product categories, campaigns, promotional periods or Affiliate tiers.

4.3. Commission rates displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard are subject to the applicable Program rules and eligibility requirements.

4.4. Commissions are calculated based on the eligible product amount after applicable discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes, unless otherwise specified.

4.5. SAEMMUL reserves the right to verify all referred orders before approving commissions.

5. Minimum Payout Requirement

5.1. The minimum payout threshold is RM50.00 in approved, payable commissions.

5.2. Affiliates whose approved commission balance is below RM50.00 will not receive payment during that payout cycle.

5.3. Unpaid approved commissions below the minimum threshold will be carried forward and accumulated toward subsequent payout cycles.

5.4. Once the approved payable balance reaches RM50.00, it will become eligible for payment in the applicable scheduled payout cycle, subject to verification and these Terms & Conditions.

6. Commission Period and Payment Schedule

6.1. Commission calculations follow a monthly cycle, beginning on the first calendar day and ending on the final calendar day of each month.

6.2. Eligible and approved commissions for a completed month are scheduled to be paid between the 15th and 20th day of the following month.

6.3. Example:

  • Commission Period: 01/03/2026 – 31/03/2026

  • Commission Verification: Following the end of the March commission period

  • Scheduled Payment Date: 15/04/2026 – 20/04/2026

6.4. Payments are subject to:

  • The minimum RM50.00 payout threshold

  • Successful order completion and verification

  • Commission approval

  • Accurate and complete payment information

  • No unresolved refund, cancellation, dispute or suspected fraudulent transaction

6.5. If the scheduled payment period is affected by public holidays, banking disruptions, technical issues or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, payment may be processed later.

6.6. SAEMMUL will make reasonable efforts to process eligible payments within the stated schedule but does not guarantee the exact date on which funds will be credited by the receiving financial institution.

7. Payment Methods

7.1. Available payment methods may include Bank Transfer and PayPal, as determined by SAEMMUL.

7.2. Affiliates are responsible for providing correct and complete payment details.

7.3. SAEMMUL shall not be responsible for delays or unsuccessful transfers caused by incorrect payment information supplied by an Affiliate.

7.4. Applicable bank charges, transaction fees, foreign exchange charges or payment-provider fees may be borne by the Affiliate, where disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

8. Invalid Orders and Commission Adjustments

8.1. Commissions will not be payable for:

  • Cancelled orders

  • Fully refunded orders

  • Unpaid or unsuccessful transactions

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Unauthorized self-referrals

  • Orders generated in violation of Program policies

  • Other transactions determined to be ineligible following reasonable verification

8.2. SAEMMUL may reverse, withhold or adjust commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, disputed or fraudulent transactions.

8.3. If an order is partially refunded, the corresponding commission may be recalculated based on the remaining eligible transaction value.

8.4. SAEMMUL reserves the right to investigate unusual referral patterns and request supporting information where reasonably necessary.

9. Affiliate Promotional Conduct

9.1. Affiliates must promote SAEMMUL products honestly and responsibly.

9.2. Affiliates must not:

  • Make false or misleading product claims

  • Impersonate SAEMMUL or its employees

  • Present themselves as an officially appointed distributor unless authorized

  • Publish unauthorized discounts or offers

  • Use spam, fraudulent traffic or deceptive marketing practices

  • Misuse SAEMMUL trademarks, logos or marketing materials

  • Engage in unauthorized advertising using SAEMMUL brand keywords

  • Attempt to manipulate referral tracking or commission calculations

9.3. Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection and other relevant laws and clearly disclose promotional relationships where required.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1. SAEMMUL reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate Affiliate participation where there is suspected fraud, misconduct, breach of these Terms & Conditions or other reasonable grounds.

10.2. SAEMMUL may also discontinue the Affiliate Program or terminate participation in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

10.3. Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease unauthorized use of SAEMMUL branding and promotional materials.

10.4. Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to verification and the applicable payout requirements. SAEMMUL may withhold commissions attributable to fraudulent, invalid or non-compliant activities.

11. Data and Confidentiality

11.1. Affiliates must protect confidential business, customer and commercial information obtained through the Program.

11.2. Personal and payment information collected through the Program will be processed for Program administration, verification, communication and payment purposes in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and the Company's privacy policy.

12. Independent Relationship

12.1. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not establish an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture or agency between the Affiliate and SAEMMUL.

12.2. Affiliates are independent participants and are responsible for their own promotional activities, expenses and applicable tax obligations.

12.3. Affiliates have no authority to enter into agreements or make binding commitments on behalf of SAEMMUL.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAEMMUL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from Program interruptions, tracking failures, technical errors or changes to Program availability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising from the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia, subject to applicable law.

Affiliate Acknowledgement

By submitting an Affiliate application or participating in the SAEMMUL Affiliate Program, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
