Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with original packaging.
• Include all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used filter cartridges.
• Installed water filters or membranes.
• Customized or special-order products.
• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
